Mavicu is a creative studio. This page explains what happens to the details you share with us through mavicu.com, in plain words.
Who we are
The website mavicu.com is run by Mavicu. For anything about your details, write to abhilash@mavicu.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the brief at the end of the page:
- your name and, if you add it, your brand
- the services you pick, when you would like to start, and a colour
- your email address and/or phone number
- anything you write in the optional message
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising. Your mark (the fingerprint and the M at the end of the page) is worked out in your browser from how long you spent on each part of the page. It is never sent to us or stored.
Why we collect it
To read your brief and reply to it, and to talk with you about your project if you would like to go ahead. We use it for nothing else, and we never send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
When you send the brief, it is emailed to our studio inbox. It is not kept in a database on the website. The site and its email sending are hosted by Hostinger, and our inbox is with our email provider.
Who else can see it
No one outside the studio. We never sell, rent or share your details. Our hosting and email providers handle them only to deliver them to us.
Like any website, our host keeps short technical logs (such as your IP address, browser and the time of a visit) to keep the site secure.
Fonts and code from other services
To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts, and code libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. As with any request on the web, these services see your IP address. None of them receives what you type into the brief.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to reply to your brief and, if we work together, for the length of that project. Ask us at any time and we will delete your details.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Write to abhilash@mavicu.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
The brief is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date.
